Regulation

• Except for special needs of the guests, the delivery of the rooms is scheduled between 15:00 and 21:00; however, customers are invited to communicate their estimated time of arrival at least in the morning of the day of arrival.

• Customers are invited, upon arrival, to provide an identification document to fill in the PS ticket and at the same time to regularize the payment of the booked stay which is not returned in case of early departure. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation, exclusively for purposes relating to the activity and will not be disseminated. The B&B is equipped with surveillance cameras, located at the entrance and in the common areas such as corridors and breakfast area, designed to guarantee the safety of its guests inside the building.

• The price agreed for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the room and bathroom, breakfast, the supply of towels and sheets, the use of TV and air conditioners / heat pumps and the use of all bathroom accessories. Extraordinary linen change is not included in the price, as is extraordinary cleaning.

• For entry and exit from the structure there are no timetables to be respected, guests can leave and return as they please.

• Inside the Bed & Breakfast, only for hygienic reasons and for any allergies from other customers, pets are not allowed.

• It is also not allowed, for reasons of public safety, for guests to let other people who have not been registered during check-in access the Bed & Breakfast at any time.

• It is absolutely forbidden to introduce drugs or weapons of any nature and size into the Bed & Breakfast.

• The bedroom and the bathroom are equipped with everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc.

CHEK-OUT

• On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am to allow cleaning and delivery to new arrivals; a delay in delivery will result in the charge of an additional night.

• The bedrooms and the bathroom must normally be vacated by 10.00 am to allow tidying up and daily cleaning. Beyond these times, daily cleaning is not guaranteed.

BREAKFAST

• Breakfast is served at the agreed time the day before, however between 8.00 and 9.30. Outside these hours, it is forbidden to use the breakfast room, the kitchen and the whole living area for meals. On the table, guests will find bread, butter, assorted jams, honey and other products besides coffee, barley, tea, chocolate and milk. Special breakfasts such as GLUTEN FREE, MILK FREE or VEGAN, must be requested at the time of booking and will be made available to guests who request them according to the availability of the Management. Please report any known food allergies intolerances.

• It is always forbidden to prepare and consume meals in the rooms. It is also forbidden to use the kitchen and crockery except for special agreements.

STANDARDS

• It is forbidden inside the premises: Smoking (it is possible to do it on the common outdoor terrace adjacent to the breakfast room located on the 3rd floor in the spaces designated and identifiable by special signs) and the penalties of the law will be applied to transgressors; Connect any appliance brought with you to the electrical system (with the exception of the electric razor at the bathroom sockets); Remove equipment or furniture from the B&B premises; Wandering around the B&B with clothing that can offend other people's modesty.

• Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet (use the special bins).

• In compliance with the B&B regulations and the Municipal Police regulations, it is required to observe silence in the time slot between 14.00 and 16.00 and from 22.00 to 08.00. In any case, please maintain a behavior that in any moment of the day and in no way damages the tranquility of others.

• If the guest causes damage to the structure, to the accessories belonging to the premises assigned to him or due to the improper use of the complementary equipment, he is required to immediately notify the owner who, after the necessary checks, will charge the related expenses. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned (in case of loss, the amount relating to their replacement will be fully charged, equal to €. 150.00). Customers are invited to turn off the light in the rooms, air conditioners, TVs, and other systems when out of the room.

• We decline all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of objects owned by the Customers even by making use of the free safe service in their own room. There is no custody service. It is not allowed to leave personal items in the common areas. Otherwise we decline all responsibility. We are not liable for any disservices due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection not dependent on our will.

• Each customer during the check-in phase in the event of possession of assets over 500 euros must make it known during the check-in phase to the staff of the structure.

RESERVATIONS

• The reservation request can be made via a simple e-mail or by telephone, you will receive an email confirming receipt from us, accompanied by indications of the payment methods.

• The deposit can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

• In the event that, for unforeseeable reasons, the booked property should become unavailable for reasons of extraordinary maintenance or force majeure, it will be our care to find suitable accommodation or, at the request of the customer, to return the sum received as a deposit in full. without further claims.

• In case of cancellation more than 5 days before the stay or in case of lack of notice, the cost of the first night will be charged.

• This regulation is fully accepted and signed in all its points already at the time of booking the room. If the guest does not comply with this regulation in its entirety, we reserve the right to interrupt, according to the applicable contractual regulations, the stay of the customer in our B&B.
